Jack & Christian’s quest began with Jack’s love for Cabernet Sauvignon. They began with the prestigious Grosser Kressor Vineyard in the Adeladia District of the West Side of Paso Robles. This is one of the oldest Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards in Paso Robles.  The Adelaida district has the soil, elevation, and climate (what the French call “terrior”) to produce world-class Cabernet Sauvignon of grace and elegance.  2017 was the premier Vintage and produced a wine of great depth, color, and sophistication. Future vintages expanded to include the production of Malbec & Petite Verdot adding to the sophistication of the Cabernets & subsequent blends.
